Greens MLC Colleen Hartland will launch a TAFE postcard campaign at the Celebrate TAFE@VU Event tomorrow.

"The postcards send a message to Premier Baillieu that TAFE education changes lives for the better and that $300 million in funding cuts affecting 80% of courses is unacceptable to us," said Colleen Hartland.
